It
is important for you to develop in your students a concept
of quality. Often my students come into lessons and
perform assigned pieces. It is then my job to give them
specific instructions on how to make it sound better.
Do not be afraid to reassign a lesson with the focus
on specific tasks designed for improving the quality
of performance.
